Because of the -dono and her personality, people tend to think that Akiyama Yukari speaks with -de arimasu, but she actually doesn't for the most part; she generally uses polite language (desu and masu). I skipped around a bit in the Tank Corners and did find a couple -de arimasu in Tank Corner 5, but even in those, she mostly speaks in her usual desu/masu style.
