If they actually get implement I don't think they would be quite useful as a battleship, as they're obsolete warships from Russo-Japanese war, but if they can remodel into repair ship then we already got Akashi, which is quite enough as I think no one would wanted to use two fleets to repair a ships. But if they got implement as coastal defense ship how would their game mechanics be, I wonder.
PS Still, I want to see Mikasa get implement into the game though.
Gangut isn't "super"...she's the only actual "Dreadnaught" in the game. Everyone else is a Super Dreadnaught or better.

Super Dreadnaughts were similar but with larger guns (thus being larger or super sized dreadnaughts), starting with the 13.5 inch guns on the British ship and 14 inch guns on the American and Japanese ships)
The Big Seven were the first ships with 16 inch guns, than limited to just the seven by the battleship construction holiday until the mid-30s.
Post-treaty you start to get Fast Battleships.

I presume it's about national representation. The oldest ships of the three powers with implemented older ships. (Otherwise, you'd have to ask why stop at 1915? Why not Tenryuu, Tatsuta, and the Kamikazes?)
