Peanut butter and both heavy and ice-cream. 136g of fat, 135g of sugar - 2010kcal.
It's basically a peanut butter milkshake (and good milkshakes are made with ice-cream), with heavy cream instead of milk. And far too much ice-cream and peanut butter.

It's peanut butter and chocolate, isn't it?
I don't know where you heard it was made with heavy cream though. Anything you order an extra large portion of is bad for you regardless.

From this article. Chocolate ice-cream is still icecream. And you have to have some kind of fluid, since ice-cream and peanut butter alone wouldn't make a liquid you can conceivably drink.

I figured they would just use milk. It is what it is though.
Good thing the Cold Stone Creamery near my place is relatively expensive for Filipino wallets.
I ate their Chocolate Chip ice cream and I almost want to puke because it's so rich... but I'm more scared with how they throw the ice cream cup to the customer.

The only time I've been to one is back in September 2015 in there branch inside MOA and their menu is really expensive but it's worth it, although some of their flavors are really too sweet. And yes ice cream cups are flying everywhere and sometimes even a cone!!
Time to drag Iowa out to burn it off. Whether it's against Abyssals or the treadmill and free weights doesn't matter.
Judging to her very impressive figure, I do remember someone who requires ridiculous amount of calories to remain in good combat efficiently to a point that special energy drink was made for people like her.
As I assure that everytime Iowa fights, she gets really fired up.
Okay hold up. Even "if" and that's a big "IF" you could burn the calories, how in God's name does that high-fat diet not kill her!? All that fat and high-cholesterol would clog up arteries in minutes.
Not only that but the toll her body would have from that diet would give Iowa drastic health problems; Diabetes, Gout, Heavy-breathing, possible AMD.
There are so many other issues to work through how unhealthy this is, but to list them would take me days.

The answer is: This is a Japanese person's view of a stereotypical American diet. It works for the same reason any number of faceless male doujins work: Because of plot and laziness.

And then in the oversized Tupperware - a bacon/cheese roll and pizza burger. These, too, are fast-acting calorific foods.
And what's more, with the addition of a mega-sized sundae, any nutritional balance ceases to exist. But even with all that considered, she's able to resupply herself to such an extent immediately before a sortie.Aaand... done.Hey, hey, hey...The "PB&C" shake sold by Cold Stone Creamery has an exceedingly high amount of calories and is dangerous to have as your staple drink. It appears they are specialists in such things. She's gonna die!Well now, a PB&C, is it...?That's quite something, isn't it.Japanese stomachs are structured differently - that's all there is to it.Just looking at it makes me sick to the stomach.Anything goes, but really...It's bad for your body - no way!!
