Because of Japanese grammar, what gets cut off from the end of the sentence includes what would be in the middle of the sentence in English, and that makes it hard to translate. I'm presuming, if he'd finished his sentence, it would be something like, "Just from some little [brush] on the nose, [you start getting completely flustered at the slightest glance]." (He gets cut off before really saying what happened on the nose, just "Because a little ___ on the nose".)
