I checked original quote out of curiosity, but it's actually それ、壁紙にするんで下さい, which means "Please make that into your wallpaper".
I assume the comment is directed at the artist (as opposed to the Admiral), but either way there's nothing that suggests any sending is involved, unfortunately.
