And dammit, I'm trying really hard to see through that light glare that's obscuring her bust size's numerical value (top left corner of the magazine's left half). The only thing that's legible to my eyes is that the number ends with a 3. That said, above the BHW numbers is what I believe to be her name and her age (17), with her given name being the only legible part of the former.
EDIT: Wait, Himura-sensei has actually given her a name in a continuation of the Twitter post from which this image was acquired from. It's "Cheer-chan" (チアちゃん).
EDIT #2:... And I just figured out what the hiragana for her given name in the magazine are: "Chia". Seriously, she's actually named "Chia" in-universe.
