The window on bottom left is part of the image uploaded by the artist and it didn't feel right to erase it.

who's the artist?

I couldn't tell from the wiki page, even with Google Translate. If anyone is able to find out it would be great.

It seems to me that the designer is Land-Y.

Not completely sure, but sounds convincing enough to me.

So if it's the texture applied to the cape, does this count as Behind the Scenes?
