Clownpiece has yet to show up in Chamaji's comic, though he's done a drawing of her. Sunny Milk, Star Sapphire, and Luna Child have only appeared in the Halloween comic and don't appear to be living at the shrine.
They moved into a large tree in a clearing behind her shrine, originally with the idea that it would be a good base for playing pranks on Reimu and was bigger than their previous home. Later, by the end of Oriental Sacred Place, Reimu found out about this and after making peace (after beating them after their most recent prank) with them collects 'rent' or the like by having them do errands and otherwise help out every now and then.
She was even called "youkai miko" by Marisa in the last chapter of "Suzunaan" and Sanae called the Hakurei Shrine a "youkai shrine".
I guess that is understandable considering she acts like the balancing force of Gensokyo. It doesn't help that her main benefactor, Yukari, is a Youkai.
On another topic I really like Chamaji's interpretation of Aun.
For a girl that claims that her temple has too many yokai in it Reimu sure lets a lot of yokai live in it.
Only the Myouren temple has more yokai, and that's by design.
Suika and Sukuna aren't in the shrine anymore, and Komano is one of those helpful ones that you can accept, like Keine. Komano's species literally protects shrines.
Only Suika here is a "youkai" in the sense of "something you'd want to exterminate". Aunn is a guardian lion used by many shrines and temples across Japan, supposedly wards off evil spirits. Shinmyoumaru is part of a race decendent from Issun Boushi that may or may not be related to the god Sukunabikona.
