Nice to see Munmu's Bissy and Ark getting along well. I was prepared to tire extremely quickly of the constant fighting and swordfish jokes, glad to see it doesn't seem to be the case.
I am not sure to be honest. I think not if I strictly take the guidelines. This and post #2832547 are currently concerning.
People toss things way too quickly into pools, not just this one, making me wonder: What is the point. Most of them not even meeting the requirements of the pool's description.

Oh no, post #2832547 definitely is Charisma Break. Second panel has Matsukaze acting like her usual cool, suave self, only for the comment about her performance looking like that of a kid in comparison to the admiral shattering her charismatic image and leaves her in the last panel acting like an immature little girl about to throw a tantrum.

What you're describing violates the pool's guidelines. No knowledge should be required of character in question. Any character can become charismatic, regardless of its canon nature. And that said character can have his or her charisma broken. The image, character impression by viewing and "judging" should be sufficient.
I've removed this image + many others from the pool by going through all pages again. The other post in question remained for now in the pool but I am doubting the "charisma part'. Well, this pool is mostly fuelled with opinions, making it extraordinary difficult.

You shouldn't get hung up on him saying "usual", he may be informed of her normal characterization, but isn't basing his argument upon being informed - Matsukaze in post #2832547 is overtly trying to act suave in frame, she gets laughed at, and she then throws a fit, all in one page. You don't need to know anything of the character to see that.
In this page, the top left shows a "cool beauty" Ark, and characters are overtly commenting on her "knightly" stoicism in the top right. Then, she's a goofball stuffing her face with fish. Why is this not a breaking of the previously-established charisma?

That is true. My intention wasn't to get hung up on that part, but still it is important to note.

After reviewing the image based on your comment I can now conclude the same indeed.

So... If this counts as Charisma Break, then we ought to add it back in, right? On a related note, what about post #2592054, which depicts a similar scene with Warspite?

I re-added this image.

In my opinion, I cannot detect any Charisma to accompany any of the characters in the 2nd panel.
This is the reason why I went through the pool multiple times in history. Some things were just tossed randomly in there, just because they had a "tears" or implied "broken" character. Of course again, this is all quite subjective.

Ark Royal.Ugh... fish?Isn't it just! Here are some congratulatory fish and chips for your posting!I'm really no good with those fishy-smelling things...Seems that the foreign carriers have also gotten lively, ja?If you speak that highly of me, As a result, Ark Royal got super into fish - but that's yet a different story...I'll get kinda embarrassed, won't I?While we may have been enemies in that war, to be able to fight alongside a tough battleship like yourself is a great honour....she's a very knight-like fellow, isn't she?
