It's a reference to her introduction line "私は、Her Majesty's Ship Ark Royal。" Where if you take picture really fast or click process when the line have only ran through the first few characters (私は、H), which is basically "I'm a pervert".

Despite still not use to the whole font coding, i do reassure translation is correct. Literal translation of 何をする？　would be "What are you doing?". However her dialect and honorifics say otherwise. Yes if anyone would like to change captions, please do.
