Well, it's basically proof at this point that popularity isn't so much about "rarity" as it is about having some sort of unique characteristic (and glasses alone aren't rare enough to cut it anymore).
Not at all, the event has ended already. Anyone who cared about has her. It's only natural the less popular or with less priority to obtain are being drawn after (not during) the event.
Character is a must in popularity, I never deny that. But in a world authors take their own playing experience to draw about how they cleared the event, what ships they used and what rewards they got, it's natural a drop like Amagiri (E3/E4) or Sagiri (E1/E2) are drawn last. There's also those who ride the KanColle bandwagon and draw the new ships they like their character without playing... or when the event deadline is near and they try to fake some luck by drawing them, we can't put everyone into the same basket.

I think that rather than underestimating us she's underestimating herself. Which makes me wish she believed a bit more in herself, as she's way more attractive than she thinks (I thought she had her charm points before, but now I can't take my eyes off her).

She does look gorgeous in the picture where she has her hair down, but I personally don't feel like it's because her hair is down in it. Her normal hairstyle is fine.

For me, seeing her hair down is quite a + as someone who was wondering how come her ponytail is so thin, I think I got somehow my answer after seeing that, I think her hair is similar to Kako (short haired with ponytail I mean). I don't know if we had other damaged arts which a Ship Girls had her hair down after, so I found it quite unique.
