Could be 'Over-knee Socks' i.e. thighhighs.

If you go based on a chart like post #342378 or less obviously depicted in post #17496, "over-knee" isn't the same as thighhigh. Over-knee being as it sounds, just over the knee, and thighhigh being up to the thigh.

Touhou and Disgaea crossovers should've been done a loooooong time ago.

cant seem to identifly meilings

I wonder how much work would be needed to make ALL the chapters? Probably more than a year. That being said, this needs to be made. I love Disgaea, and a Touhou crossover would make this perfect.
