No down votes here. I don't see what's bad about it. Looks nice.

It's the razor sharp dimples, the normal character designs lack dimples at all, letalone such pronounced ones.

The design isn't to my taste either, though I wouldn't describe it as objectively ugly.

It's called artistic style.
There has to be a reason why those posts have been in top position on Arstation for some time :3.

This post is objectively great, since it makes great use of color, lines and shading. Neck might be a bit long, but that's hardly a flaw here.

That's what I thought too. Not a style you'd find saved to my comp, but I recognize this as a WELL DRAWN illustration. The shading and hair is lovely, but I really don't like her face either. Something eerie about it....... almost looks........ human! eaurch!
