1. I see now they're mostly not in frame, that's true. Although, none of the bare_* tags actually require 100% of the body part to be bare.
2. I think it's debatable whether or not they should stay, but I feel like as long as they have been populated already, and by multiple users (I only started using them since I saw them on some posts), that they shouldn't be removed if a decision hasn't been made to nuke the tag.

1. While that is true, the position of the decoration in the middle of the thigh makes the tag invalid, that and more of the legs should be visible since that's what people want to see.
2. That's a kinda weak argument since it means a random group of users could go and make/populate a tag and no one would be able to remove it before a consensus had been reached about nuking it, which frankly, given the state of the forums right now, would take way too long if ever, only a few threads get any sort of conclusion nowadays. Tags are meant to be helpful, not just to fill out the tag list so there is no need to invent colour/request tags for everything under the sun.
