I know there was a few more but my memory of them isn't that great. I wonder if it would be worth having a new tag for these girls, like adult_loli or something similar.
Edit: There are also those like Evangeline from Negima or Rachel Alucard from Blazblue and then there is most of the cast of Touhou. Those being a different case as they are all immortal super powered magical girls while those mentioned above are just normal humans.
