The curves around her arms (especially her left arm) are suggestive, but the angle and attire are doing an excellent job of downplaying any potential tawawa-ness. All that's left is the "chicken breasts" joke, which apparently works just as well in Japanese.

Not quite... He actually sold the company itself pretty early on and essentially just became a mascot of sorts.
At one point, corporate KFC decided to change the recipe, presumably to save money mass-producing chicken. Sanders absolutely hated the change, so he started a restaurant of his own. He then ended up getting sued by the company he started for selling his own original recipe chicken.
