"X-ray vision" would only let you see skeletons and dense materials, and there is no form of light that has a selective enough scope of function that it would be able to tell the difference between cloth (read: skin and hair from animals and plant fibers) and human (animal) skin.
There's little short of simply using a computer overlay to estimate body shape and project an image of what the body underneath MIGHT look like to make glasses like Yuubari wants actually be real.
