I don't know what urban dictionary says and now I'm slightly afraid to look, but it's a very literal translation because I couldn't think of the right term to use in English. The Japanese term is 通い妻 and it just means more or less a wife that doesn't live with her husband (but they are still healthily married and visit / spend time together on a regular basis). I'm not aware of any special connotation, but I don't know the cultural context of the term so it's possible there is some. According to pixiv dictionary, it can also be used figuratively for a girl that often comes over and takes care of a guy's house despite not actually being married.
Sorry if the title of the pool was misleading. I'd like to use a more appropriate translation for the term in question if anyone has one.
