Pffft. What's the point? The only threat left is "send home", so get him some levels, and he's safe. I already have one of each healer in the game (besides Genny...) that is level 40 and has rehabilitate or rehabilitate+ and Live to Serve, and I still have another couple spare Wrys. His skills only inherit to staves, and L'Arachel coming out as a blue tome basically proves that IS is not in any hurry to add more staves, since they can't think of any way to make them useful without them completely breaking the meta.
