Extremely detailed, well proportioned, and lusciously shaded torso, then tiny hands, one of whom is a creepy claw hand which is filled in like a badly painted Chinese action figure, a shoulder that ends abruptly with a jagged edge, bad cropping of the waist in front of the hair, and a skinny neck which is bounded by two perfectly straight parallel lines. It reminds me of the images where they take a photo, soften and blur it enough to look kinda drawn, then draw animu hands and face on.

It does look pretty badly balanced, doesn't it? I can't say I disagree with your assessment. There's also the issue with the floating sleeves on her left arm that makes it look like the jacket was constructed out of cardboard.
