As a matter of curiosity; if Nekonyaa is playing World of Tanks; does this picture mean WASD is more towards the middle of a Japanese keyboard?
nope Japanese keyboards have the same layout as US/UK keyboards, the main difference is the Japanes keyboard has a smaller space bar and more modifier keys and a slight difference in the layout of the number keys.
