It's not, as the link given already says. There's no need for a third party edit hard translation when we have the original. Third party edits in general are rather discouraged, already.

It's a first-party edit if it's done by the creator.
Well the source and the artist have the same user name so im gonna assume this was done by the creator, and it that were that case (i don't know 100%) would this still be merit for deletion?
Nah not the greenfield part, in source it says [Hie Himeko] and under "Artists" it says hiemimeko... I just noticed those names are not the same but just similar, and yea sadly it doesn't have a link
