Why? The best only way to get better is to practice.
Sure, some stuff is going to be imperfect, but not uploading something until it's perfect is how you kill artists. Sometimes you just have to say "fuck it, it's done" and move on to the next piece.

You do know what an artist Matsunaga is, right? He's putting an image everyday on his Pixiv. In other words he seems to rush his posts sometimes and that's not really helping in getting better.
