The last two panels on the left are quoting Tamai-san, a bousouzoku who's famous on niconico. After Bishamonten, a bousouzoku group in Kawakoshi, was broken up, Tamai-san remade it on his own, becoming leader and sole member. He then appeared in a special report on bousouzoku, which eventually became popular on niconico.
