I'm not sure if that's a thing, but I think the actual translation is "Guys-only groups are prohibited from entering", something like this pic.

I suppose it's to avoid playboys hitting on girls everywhere.

That's some delicious engrish, i suppose that makes sense.

From what I understand, Print Club is a really popular thing with high school girls, who like to go to different places (each booth is supposed to have a unique background to encourage people to "collect them all") to get pictures like these done with their friends, which are editable with a simple program and then get printed as stickers.

Beyond that, it's sort of like women-only train cars - anyplace where there's a chance to hit on high school girls is a place where girls will try to avoid unwanted advances.
