I really like the way the artist drew this KanMusu's uniform and rigging, very professional and Navy looking.

I'm not familiar with PLAN warships but I might hazard a guess at her being a
"Type 051B Luhai-class" Destroyer https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_051B_destroyer

If anyone could confirm that or correct it, that'd be great, as I'm curious as to what surface vessel she's supposed to be.

Shenzhen has a dual-barrel main gun. The main gun and those AK-630 turrets would make her a Type 054 frigate.
