Just the childhood thing of sipping through the straw to make the liquid you're drinking fill the straw then covering the hole where ya sipped with your finger causing the liquid to stay in the straw and not fall out.
However, Rin suddenly throws her arms up (in what I'm guessing is victory for something on her game) and scares Chibi Miku making her move her finger from the straw out of shock causing the milk to fall out of the straw.
