Is it bad that practically nobody here survived to the end?
N2 (The Red Girls) survived if you followed route D
Anemone also survived and is still the current resistance leader
Jackass survived and is on a killing spree against any machine and yorha soldiers she finds
4S, (Blakc Haired at the bottom right) is a Yorha Scanner that can be found in the forest kingdom's library, to which he was collecting data for the resistance
Pascal (Optional)survives depending on the players choice
Emil (Optional)survives if the player does not complete his final quest
2B & 9S survives on Yoko Taro's Concert Script 5 Good End

N2 is dead on earth no matter what
4S, along with all the other Yorha, are confirmed dead in Ending E, which seems to be canon
2B, 9S, and A2 are probably alive.
Really, instead of relying on multiple endings, media, and interpretations to even begin to determine the fates of main characters, I would prefer something more coherent from this franchise, which might as well be asking for hell to freeze over at this point.

There were also two YoRHa units that survived out in the desert due to becoming addicted to Jackass' E-Drug which seemed to make them immune to the Logic Virus.
I'm not sure on Emil since i haven't touched the game in ages but isn't the one we meet just a fragment of him? Perhaps there are other of his copies still living like in the dark/frozen side of the world
