Her personality came out after working for Patchouli a long time. You will get to it later but at page 157, you will see a flashback where she was timid and snarky at first. Who knows. Maybe she treated the other residents of the Makai like this before and being pulled out to serve a stranger normally would not be fun at first.

I was talking about Alice leaving Makai. She could treat everyone there like crap and they couldn't raise a hand against her because she's mommy's favorite.
