In anime specifically, they tend to start with an oval head, but then erase part of the lower section to make the jaw weaker, and the eye shape will be significantly different and generally a lot larger for a girl.

This character's face is pretty clearly feminine, though.

It's a no brainer people into futanari, newhalf and otoko no ko love dicks (or whatever it's said it haves one), it doesn't matter the gender or form it's attached to them.

The real question would be: does a dick attached to anything appeals you? Personally I don't, but each on his/her/its own. There are weirder fetishes than loving dicks even if they are straight males.
