The problem is that backpacks are great at making the breasts stick out.

Unless she's exerting an absurd amount of effort to push the backpack bands forward to hide the obvious bust side distortions to what's underneath... and it makes no sense to push the backpack bands to right over your nipples (as she seems to be doing of those side bulges are from her boobs)...
