In the same vein as "Indian to the Right".
This references a classic goof in Gamest magazine. In a guide for a racing game, they included a mysterious instruction "Turn the Indian to the right and floor the gas". Readers figured that the original text said "handle" (ハンドル) in terrible handwriting, which a clueless typesetter misread as "Indian" (インド人).
