From artist request: Do not use this tag if there is a source available, such as the artist's homepage, blog, Pixiv, etc. Read howto:Artist, howto:Pixiv and create a new artist tag yourself, or ask for help in topic #8199: Artist tagging help.
Using the SauaceNAO (see help:image_source for other tools) and located the original image posted at pixiv #69126144 by daifuco. Unless you can show that this image you uploaded is from the artist, then that version on Pixiv should have been used. If you have questions please let me know.
