Not sure if the flagger used the same reason but I find that her legs are too long. Tall or not. Her kneecaps should only reach as high as her chest right below her chin, not be past her ears. She is not curled up enough for that the be possible.

If you look closely you can see Karen's upper body isn't just curled but is also leaning to the side. So wouldn't that help explain it?

Everything about her seems a little too thin, honestly, even for a "tall person". Her torso is too long and narrow, her arms and legs are even thinner and legs are definitely too long, especially against that already-over-long torso, and her feet look like duck feet: Long and flat.

I don't think it's worth a flag, but it does at least deserve the tag.
