Honestly, what amazes me is that nobody else gets lewded. There's one pair of images with Macrophage and that's literally it.

It's either the busty or the lolis, in this case it went to the latter. I haven't really checked on Pixiv too much but based on Danbooru it's true.

Generally it is the characters that stick most in one's head that get more lewded from what I have seen. And those platelet were *adorable* and kind of the stuff that stuck in my memory from what is out of the show.

Guessin' that applies to a lot of folk considerin' their popularity..

Well it's hard to resist those tiny, adorable things doing their best at working and stuff, first impression does wonders.
