I can't figure out what the text in panel 3 and 4 means. Panel 3 is something like "It's Ultra" and the untranslated part of Panel 4 is something like "Sunny Day Colorful" that I suspect is a pun on a Pokemon move but I can't figure it out because I don't know the move names in Japanese. If anyone has any ideas feel free to add them/correct my translations.
