This. This right here is the most OP thing in Octopath; Carried my ass through the entire endgame. Sidestep spam on the whole party? Sure. HP/SP recovery for the whole party? Yeah! 40k+ damage regular attacks? You betcha, get the rest of the party in on that shit for extra fun times. Oh and lets also give her a massive 6-hit divine skill that can strike for 90k+ with almost no set-up.
