There is none, it was added as part of a wonky premium skin for the ship that was just so stupid it became an instant meme in the community. There is a cylindrical tower atop the bridge that houses the range finders on the default model, but it's much less silly.

The infamous Pope hat... Took long enough for someone to draw her wearing it. (Some on The NA Server call it a pope hat.)

Using a screencap of the space port doesn't help the silliness.

WG's change to not allow us to hide fantasy ships and skins any more in the last patch aggravates the "issue" for those of us that would rather not see the shenanigans.

i planned to draw her when Wargaming release her in january, but i don't have mood booster for that, before i draw her with those meme hat, i must have the ships and camo too.

But Roma and her camo is soooooo expensive, Then i saving my money for months and weeks ago i finally bought her with her camo

for some reason i feel comfortable to draw her when i already have the ship (with her camo lol)

Make sure she wears the robes. If I drawn her she be cleaning cum stains out of alter boy robes but has no idea what she's cleaning.
