Trivia: Adm Nelson lost his right arm in the Battle of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Nelson had a 3×3×3 set up, thats either a 2x3x3x2 or a 3x2x2x3 set up.
The are three ships that have those two set ups. Only the Pensacola class had the triples ove twins. The Nevada and That Italian BB had the more sane twins over triple set up.
No royal navy ship or design had either of those...
Might be the herald of Scharnhorst and/or Gneisenau. The turrets are German in design. The twins were fitted with 3 x 3 11 inch cannons but could (and Gneisenau would have been) be refitted to 3 x 2 15 inch cannons.
What about USS Nevada? She has a 3x2x2x3 gun configuration and she was present on D-Day and Operation Dragoon, amphibious landing in Southern France.
Except she's the final boss of "Operation Rheinübung" and her map co-ordinates are very close to the historical Battle of the Denmark Strait. That would point heavily towards Abyssal Bismarck.

As other people have said, it's Nelson....or at least a combination of Nelson and Bismarck. The upper turrets are Nelson's while the lower turrets are Bismarck's.
