While it might be more difficult to princess carry with that position, I've gone over it in my mind and the physics doesn't seem completely impossible. Hard... but not impossible.

Anyways, yeah... I didn't don't really know what's going on with this picture. The material of the doujinshi suggests that it's a comedy, but the above picture... well... neither Assam nor Darjeelings face look erotic. If anything, Darjeeling looks like she's being goosed.
