She was already Peach, and she put on the "turn into Peach" crown, so now she's Double Peach.

But that's it - it isn't "add Peach attributes without changing what's there", it's "change some attributes to Peach's, while retaining some of your own". Toadette either gains a dress like Peach's while losing her old clothes, or more likely her clothes just shape-shift in form, her "hair" turns blonde, her eyes grow larger and turn blue, her figure morphs, and her jumping changes to match Peach's. Other traits, like the twin braid hairstyle are the same.

That's just an assumption, as there is only one official example. Everyone can be "certain" of their own interpretation, but unless Nintendo shows another example of the crowns transformation, we're all just speculating. For what it's worth the people who ran with the Bowsette and others epidemic seem to conclude the crown turns the wearer into a variation of Peach though(but their not official so...)
