There isn't even such a thing as "cum belly". No matter how much cum you pump a girl with, she is not going to look pregnant unless she's actually pregnant (or has a bizarre body shape).

A more important consideration is the likelihood of a Japanese artist drawing this absurd phenomenon in the first place. As far as I know, "cum belly" is a Western concept.

Perhaps I just read way too much hentai material but I see this a lot... enough to wonder where on earth you get the idea it's rare for Japanese artist. As for the actual term "cum belly" I wasn't familiar with it, having googled up what westerners term "cum belly" it seems they have a completely different concept of what it means. One that doesn't match this example, some nonsense about it resulting from ingestion (unless google results are weird, I wouldn't know I'm not familiar with newer western slang for sex acts?)
