I am pretty sure the background is based on a World of Tank map.
Its the Westfield map if you spawn on the southern spawn and go to line 0 and climb the hill you'll have the same background as the one illustrated above.
In a funnier sense, St. Glo fielding a Tortoise would already call for bullshit ragequits since you'd need something like a Slugger's M3 firing HVAP to punch through that thing... but hey, if the University team can field the deathcrawler that is the T95, then why not St. Glo with a Tortoise?
