Oppai-don
"don" is an honorific and familiar suffix that is used in the southern Kyushu region of Japan, which is the equivalent of "san". The literal translation would be "Ms. Boobs", or something to that effect.
"Don" is also an onomatopoeic word that means "bang", "bam", "boom", "thud", "thump", or "crash"; so it could also translate to "Oppai crash" or "Boob crash".
