She looks like the pink half one in pretty much every canon material except her debut game. So the pink haired one is the real canon one since a while ago. Not to say the purple hair one doesn't matter or isn't canon anymore, but her portrayal in everything but SA is the pink haired one. Go look at Hopeless Masquerade, Grimoire of Marisa and Symposium of Post-mysticism.

While true that physically she is the pink-haired version, in fanon the pink-haired version is sweet and kind. In canon, Satori is still every bit as smug as she was in her original appearance, thus perhaps the cat-smile version should still be treated as 'canon'.
