Tagged as a "sketch" as you can see the remnant lines under the coloring, especially around the fingers and outside edges.

Well my stance on this comes from the Tag Usage sticky on the forums, actually:

"sketch - http://miezaru.donmai.us/post?tags=sketch
'sketch' should be used for rough drawings; including, but not limited to, those used as a basis or study for a subsequent finished version. See forum #2088 for a more thorough explanation."

The style correlates more strongly with some of what's possible with more recent oekaki applets.
