You just can't taste the broth properly with all the egg mixed in

Let her choose, you two. If she like the taste that york gives, she can gulf it down in one go to savor it, followed up with a sip of the broth. Not perfect taste, but still heavenly. If she wants richer broth, breaking the york would do it. The york on top of little broth on a spoon is also great taste too. And well, there's breaking it up then mix everything together.... Not sure if it was good or not though?

I prefer Ryuujou style
