Perhaps the posts from this post to post #335341 (excluding #335340) should be pooled or parented. From what I recall from 4chan (I never played dragon quest) these images depict a personified slime which calls 3 more slimes. From what I remember 4 can merge and become a king slime or something like that. The images kind of suggest being sequential.
