    Well, Tatsuta does say she has some problems with submarines in her introduction lines, quote:

    Eh, Me? Submarines are a bit of a weak point of mine~

    So maybe it's a silent nod to that? The submarine, in this case, is the dildo.

    Meanwhile Tenryuu looks like she's enduring it while at her limit.
