It's really hard to find pictures of this guy...Minister Golonzo was his name I think. He was a major antagonist in Rhapsody, but his role kinda got overshadowed by Marjoly and her group. In the later games, he's seen as a prisoner of the witches...makes you wonder whatever happened to him. He's never referenced in any other Nippon Ichi games, as far as I know.
